Whoever thought of the Max catch-phrase “sarap to the bones” sure knows how to catch my attention and certainly knows his chicken, er, his Max fried chicken that is. It’s like trying out restaurant recommendations. You eat at these places and sample their trademark dishes. So you go to Bubba Gump and you don’t order chicken. Of course you order the shrimp, genius, unless you got lost somewhere in the translation. Just like you go to Red Crab for the seafood, and so on and so forth.
